Formed in 2009 at by Samukelisiwe Ngubane a Professional Quantity Surveyor registered with the Council of South African Quantity Surveying Profession in 2006, the practice has grown in to an organisation with nine staff compliment. Over the years Inhouse Quantity Surveyors have invested resources to continuously achieve quality service provision in the production of health and education infrastructure. In addition, the organisation has recently achieved ISO 9000 certification. The organisation has gained experience in feasibility studies (retail, residential), estimating, cash flow production, tender documentation, adjudication of bid documents, contract documentation, contract cost management, capital expenditure monitoring. The company’s main office is at Ilembe District Municipality Kwadukuza, Ballito on the Kwa- Zulu Natal, Adam Park; 06 Garlicke Drive; Ballito. Inhouse Quantity Surveyors is committed to assisting previously disadvantaged individuals. We are currently implementing profit sharing structure in order to meaningfully include previously disadvantaged individuals in our corporate structure.
